Jerry,
I have not yet received any request for work in 9-550.
Do you know where the paper work is?
Stephen

Subject: reminder about the UTP connections for our phone jacks in bldg
9.
Date: Tue, 17 Aug 93 12:18:18 EDT
From: Rob Smyser <smyser@Athena.MIT.EDU>
Hi,
a few weeks ago the phone jacks were installed in parts of 9-514, in
9-513,
and in 9-550 to support some existing Delnis, a new HP printer, and two
new
dept. fileservers.
the jacks are in, but the wiring in the phone closets and from the
jacks to
the machines are not. I'm concerned that perhaps this has fallen
through some
cracks, and that Network Services may not know the jacks are ready.
we need the servers up for Fall, of course, and the printer would be
nice to
turn on since I'm running out of LN03 supplies and don't want to buy any
more.
could someone check on the status of all this, and let me know what
will be
happening and perhaps how soon?
Thanks!
Rob
