The 18.80 network was sick again. Disconnecting the multi-port
repeater in 3-454T (the one serving the Design Center Area) seems to
have alleviated the problem. I don't recommend that this area be
reconnected until the individual drops can be inspected to ensure that
they are all correctly configured.
Hopefully somone from Network Services will have an
opportunity to do this work tomorrow after contacting someone from the
area for the necessary access.
