Hi,
it seems that the rubber pickup roller in this LN03 isn't working any more,
and the paper jams a lot. A user sent me mail complaining about it.
I could see not repairing the printer if the new HP printer was deployed very
soon. Otherwise, I must ask for a service call for the Ln03.
The network in this room is up-to-snuff as far as being DCNS-supported UTP,
so it ought to be easy to swap the current print server and printer for the new
HP. Likewise the two IBM RS6000s that are supposed to go there.
But, I am just a customer, not part of the network design team. So, thanks
for your prompt response in servicing the LN03.
