Possible brief outages for test workstations

Tomorrow morning, around 7am, I will release the 7.6D system volumes for
the VAX, DECstation, and RS6000. The only workstations that will be affected
are VAXes, DECstations and RS6000s that are in the _stafftest_ clusters.
(That is, most Athena workstations will not be affected at all.) Workstations
that are affected might experience "timeout" messages while the volume release
operation is underway. I expect the volume releasing to take about 10 minutes
per volume.
If you get complaints from users in the morning, and you want to see if
a workstation is in a stafftest cluster:
hesinfo <workstation> cluster
and look for
syslib staff-sys
Once again:
- this outage will affect only workstations in the "stafftest" clusters
- this outage should only last about 10 minutes
