This means that all the SIPB services that are based on that subnet will be
unavailable. This includes:
net-news
discuss meetings on charon
bitnet gateway
webster
the outland locker (including 600 DPI fonts)
rtfm services (FAQ archives)
the postscript locker
sipb tcsh
the sipb gnu locker
irc
...and other sipb services
The sipb locker will be accessible via the copy in the athena cell. If
someone is logged in when the outage occurs they will need to do
detach sipb
attach sipb
to get the available copy
