Hi--
I just spoke to Gail Caldeira at WHOI ad she has guaranteed payment for
this contract. She has done her part and is waiting for the po and then
the check can be cut and she advised that she will follow-up and make
sure the payment happens. I feel confident that she will keep her
promise so its ok to do a service call on this. As far as DEC's
records--refer them to me if they want to charge T&M. Please let me
know if there are any concerns or questions. Thanks
