Hi. The following question was asked in the OLC queue:

None of the consultants has been able to come up with any answer and I
was wondering if perhaps you folks could help us out. If you have any
information, it would be greatly appreciated. I'm afraid I can't
provide any more details than that, although I can ask the user for
anything you may need.
