Hi, my name is Mike Tovino and I use Athena under the account 'tdcbucks'.
We have several workstations in our house that are not functioning. When
you try to activate these workstations, the message 'No Hesiod information for
<machine name> comes up and the activation process is terminated. I
guess we are cut off from the Athena network or something.... Anything
that can be done???
The machine that I use is named 'moosehead', FYI......
Any help would be greatly appreciated; we've been down for five or
more days....
