Moira down Aug 9th - database purging

I've done the prep work for the moira purges. We will be purging info
that has been inactive and untouched since before 1-may-93. In
/mit/mar/moira/userdel.93 are the 3197 deactivated user accounts to be
purged. In /mit/mar/moira/listdel.93 are the 2051 lists, and in
/mit/mar/moira/fsdel.93 are the 547 filesystems. Each of these have
also been inactive for at least the last three months.
I would like to take moira down for much of Monday August 9th to
actually delete this info from the database, and do some other random
cleanup. Please let me know if you have a problem with either the
date or the data to be deleted. In particular, the F_L's may want to
check the list of filesystems since there are many course lockers
there.
