I contacted Alan Dudly from Copley regarding the HPs jamming. Gordon the
field engineer investigated and used HP-TEST to run 300 copies. He will
discuss the errors (JJ and I explained) with his office. I will follow up
Copley next week.
In the mean time, be verbose when clearing any HP jam and please send to
me.
This is step 2 in a process to correct this......
