Basically what it sounded like was that his env was losing info.
I really couldn't narrow it down to hardware or software.

Hi Kim-
Robert Fricke called the MCC who forw him to 1410 in
regards to a problem with his dec5000 m200.
Carlton looked up the S/N and was not found to be under
contract in Linda's DB.
Speaking with Robert he said that you set his system
up for him. Can you take care of this, should it go
to someone else, what should happen?
