I dialup to caf.mit.edu from a vt100 terminal nad from there
I tried to rlogin to athena to pal3 in the RLE lab. While I was in
caf.it.edu , it e accept all the standard commands such as 'inc
'su' , 'more', 'vi' etc. But when I rlogin into pal3 which is an
it does not understand 'inc', 'su' or 'more. it know
a few commands such as ls, 'cd', cat, 'rm'. When I look at 'su'
in /bin/su it has soft link to /srvd/usr/.... Then I tried cd to
/srvd/usr and it says it does not exist. Now i am confuse ......
I cd to /srvd and do a 'ls' , it contains nothing.
All I want is to be able to rlogin to athena, or to
dialup directly if there is an option to athena, and be able
to use all the shell commands as if I am on a terminal in an
athena cluster.
Please help.......
