Data point: When Tom and I went in to w20-575a yesterday
at 5pm or so, the reader worked but when I keyed in the
combo, the first two zones continued flahing as if there
had been an intrusion.
I called CP and the officer who answered said he had no
record of the alarm tripping.
Also, the last zone light continued to flash the entire
time we were in the room.
The system seemed to arm again ok when we left.
