Hi there,
A user recently called OLC about purchasing a hard drive and then
hooking it up to his workstation. He was referred to the MCC by a
consultant, and from there referred to hotline and then again back to
OLC. Although OLC has a private workstation topic, we do not have the
hardware/reference materials readily available to answer this type of
question but we do try. In general we rely on help from either of the
MCC or the hardware hotline. Perhaps we need to come up with a better
solution/method of helping users with this type of problem, but for
now if someone has any suggestions/ideas, additional comments in the
OLC log would be greatly appreciated (the user name is gkraju).
