th through Monday evening August 26th, 2013 (into Tuesday morning) to fix =
punch list items and to complete and conduct *3rd party live audible testin=
g of the bldg 1 fire alarm system* by DEI (Phil Deneault 508-341-4184) as p=
art of the bldg 1 life-safety fire alarm upgrade project by Tishman Constru=
ction (Dennis Ryan 617-594-0664). Both the shutdown request form and work =
order #5204362 have been modified to reflect this extension on behalf of Bi=
lly Homeyer.
**EXTENDED - We would like to extend the bldg 1-all fire alarm shutdowns fr=
om 11 PM to 7 AM to include Sunday evening, August 11th through Thursday, A=
ugust 15th, 2013 (into Friday morning) to conduct *3rd party live audible t=
esting of the bldg 1 fire alarm system* and to be witnessed by DEI (Phil De=
neault 508-341-4184) as part of the bldg 1 life-safety fire alarm upgrade p=
roject by Tishman Construction (Dennis Ryan 617-594-0664). Both the shutdo=
wn request form and work order #5204362 have been modified to reflect this =
extension.
We request bldg 1-all fire alarm shutdowns from 11 PM to 7 AM on Sunday eve=
ning, August 4th through Thursday, August 8th, 2013 (into Friday morning) t=
o conduct *3rd party live audible testing of the bldg 1 fire alarm system* =
