Reason:
We request a bldg 9-all fire alarm shutdown from 6 AM to 9 AM on Friday morning, August 16th, 2013 to conduct *live audible 3rd party testing of the bldg 9 fire alarm system from 6 AM to 7:30 AM* followed by silent testing and inspection until 9 AM and to be witnessed by J. & M. Brown Co. (Wayne Maginnis 617-212-2059) and with MacNichol Electric (Tom Durant 978-930-6001) as required and related to the bldg 9 elevator upgrade project by Commodore Builders (Ralph D'Antonio 617-719-4682). Paul Murphy 4-6163 is the MIT project manager.
Effect:
Loss of fire alarms and elevators for the duration of this shutdown.
