We request bldg 46-all fire alarm shutdowns from 6 AM to 2 PM on Tuesday, A=
ugust 13th and Wednesday, August 14th, 2013 with *live testing on the 1st, =
2nd & 3rd floors intermittently from 6 AM to 8 AM* for Simplex (Rich Perron=
) and Fire Command Systems to program the 46-1150 notifier pre-action syste=
m panel into the Simplex system and to expand the # of DGP points as part o=
f the 46-MRI lab renovation project by Wise Construction (Chris Luongo 781-=
389-5749). Sudy Nally 8-8010 and Biss Teelucksingh are the MIT project ma=
nagers on behalf of Billy Homeyer.
*Revised - We would like to modify the 46-all fire alarm shutdowns as follo=
ws: from 6 AM to 6 PM on Tuesday, August 13th and from 6 AM to 2 PM on Wed=
nesday, August 14th, 2013, w/*live testing on the 1st, 2nd & 3rd floors int=
ermittently from 6 AM to 8 AM* on Wednesday, for Simplex (Rich Perron) and =

*Extended - Dear all, I need to extend this bldg 46 fire alarm shutdown to =
include tomorrow, Thursday, August 15th from 6 AM to 8 AM for Simplex to re=
program a an all clear reset point and to conduct a *live audible test of t=
he bldg 46 fire alarm system, floors 1, 2, 3*. The problem was discovered d=
uring this morning's testing and needs to be corrected asap, thank you, Bil=
ly H. 8-0432
Effect:
Loss of fire alarms for the duration of the shutdown and *intermittent live=
audble testing from 6am - 8am *on Wednesday and Thursday.
