Reason:
We request a bldg 46-5th floor BCS wing lab services shutdown; lab vac, lab air, nat gas, lab process h/c water, tempered water; from 5 AM to 9 AM on Thursday, August 15th, 2013 for O'Keefe Plumbing (Bob Tramondozzi 978-302-0839) to install isolation valve off the corridor mains (corridor 5000CB) and demo piping in labs 5013 and 5014 as part of the Prof Choi Lab renovation project by Wise Construction (Chris Luongo 781-389-5749). Varin Ang 4-2243 and Biss Teelucksingh 2-5972 are the MIT project managers.
Effect:
Loss of lab services: lab vacuum, lab air, natural gas, tempered water for eyewash/safety showers, and hot and cold non-potable water for the duration of the shutdown. (specifically in rooms 5078, 5077, 5042, 5041, 5037, 5035, 5033, 5031, 5011, and 5007)
