Reason:
We request a bldg NW12-all domestic cold water (potable) shutdown from 6 AM to 8 AM on Wednesday, August 7th, 2013 to install a 2" line that feeds the new water heater for tempered water for emergency shower as part of the NW12 lab exhaust hood project by Acella Construction (Dennis Tellier 781-831-4497). Jennifer Combs 3-7671 on behalf of Billy Homeyer.
Effect:
Loss of domestic cold water for the duration of this shutdown.
