Rosebud, one of sipb's two AFS servers (and the primary; if rosebud
goes down so does the sipb cell) is reporting errors on it's internal
drive. One the errors from errpt -a is:

John Carr says this probably decodes to `no index/sector signal', but
that he's not sure, since it's using error code 6, which isn't
supposed to be used (although it's probably old scsi 1, he says).
John says that this means that the drive needs to be serviced. A full
copy of the errpt -a output is in ~yandros/tmp/errpt-a.
Info John Chase said I should include for rosebud:
Serial #: 26-08559
Model: 70/13
sipb-staff: is there some way we can take rosebud down and still leave
the sipb cell up? Can we `easily' change the IP address of
ronald-ann? If we bring up another machine as a server with a higher
IP address, will ronald-ann be able to elect itself sync site?
(followups should probably not clutter hotline)
