Reason:
We request a bldg W20-basement chilled water shutdown from 2 AM to 6 AM on Tuesday morning, August 6th, 2013 for cutting in new valves of the chilled water branch line as part of the W20-019 catering kitchen renovation project by Elaine Construction (Robin Lorscheider 781-727-8835). Sudy Nally 8-8010 and Jason Mullen 4-7232 are the MIT project managers on behalf of Billy Homeyer.
Effect:
Loss of chilled water for the duration of this shutdown.
