MODIFIED to INCLUDE: We would like to modify the bldg 66-all chilled water =
induction system shutdown at 6 AM to 2 PM on Saturday, August 3rd, 2013 to =
also include heating hot water (isolate) shutdown as part of the bldg 66-Ch=
emical Engineering building renovations by Suffolk Construction (Sam Aureli=
617-963-6193). Both the shutdown request form and work order # 5205336 ha=
ve been modified to reflect this change.
We request a bldg 66-all chilled water induction system shutdown at 6 AM to=
2 PM on Saturday, August 3rd, 2013 to install (2) FCU's in 66-413 (NOTE: =
there will no loss to the chilled water perimeter induction units) as part =
of the bldg 66-Chemical Engineering building renovations by Suffolk Constru=
ction (Sam Aureli 617-963-6193). Keith Diggans 4-6174 and Bernie Richard 2-=
2762 are the MIT project managers on behalf of Billy Homeyer.
Effect:
Loss of chilled water for the duration of this shutdown.
