The following Air Handler #8,9,10 Shutdown is for bldgs. E17/E18 floors 1-5 and E19-5th fl and then the Exhaust Fans 7,8,9 Shutdown is for bldgs. E17, E18 and E19 - all starting on Saturday, July 20, 2013 from 6:00am - Monday, July 22, 2013 at 6:00am is for your information and approval. Any questions please contact Billy Homeyer x8-0432.

Reason:
We request bldgs E17, E18 & E19 exhaust fans 7, 8 & 9 and AH 8, 9, & 10 shutdowns in E17/E18-floors 1-5 and E19-5th floor ( AQ on 6th floor will not be affected) starting at 6 AM on Saturday, July 20th through 6 AM on Monday morning, July 22nd, 2013 (restore) to tie-in new supply and exhaust ductwork to the Polymer Lab and to allow time for the duct sealant to cure - (Please NOTE: 1 exhaust fan will run on minimum throughout the weekend) as part of the E17/E18 backfill project by Barr and Barr (Dick Akins 774-281-0162). Joe Collins 3-3621 and Jan Burke 8-5463 are the MIT project managers on behalf of Billy Homeyer.
Effect:
Loss of supply ventilation and general exhaust for the duration of this shutdown.
