Reason:
We request bldg W20-GX3 kitchen exhaust fan shutdown (PM #710998) for 6 AM on Wednesday, July 17th, 2013 until 3 PM on Wednesday, August 14th, 2013 for temporary removal of this fan in preparation for the demolition of W20-AH3 as part of the W20 catering kitchen renovation project by Elaine Construction (Robin Lorscheider 781-727-8835). Sudy Nally 8-8010 and Jason Mullen 4-7232 are the MIT project managers on behalf of Billy Homeyer.
Effect:
Loss of basement kitchen exhaust fan for the duration of this shutdown.
