The following Approved Fire Alarm Shutdown (w/*brief live audible test on 7/16) (W20 catering kitchen renovation) is for bldg .W20-All/019 on Monday, July 15, 2013 from 6:00am - 10:00am and then on Tuesday, July 16, 2013 from 6:00am - 7:00am is for your information. Reason:
We request bldg W20-all fire alarm shutdowns from 6 AM to 10 AM on Monday, July 15th for Bennett Communication (Mark Popielski 617-799-2614) and A. Murphy Electric to tie-in and program temporary heat detectors installed in W20-019 catering kitchen; and from 6 AM to 7 AM on Tuesday, July 16th , 2013 to conduct a *brief live audible test of the W20 fire alarm system* as part of the W20-catering kitchen renovation project by Elaine Construction (Robin Lorscheider 781-727-8825). Sudy Nally 8-8010 and Jason Mullen 617-999-4044 are the MIT project managers on behalf of Billy Homeyer.
Effect:
Loss of fire alarms for the duration of this shutdown.
