Reason:
We request a bldg 38- AH2 shutdown (PM # 701946) from 6 AM to 9 AM on Monday, July 15th and Tuesday, July 16th, 2013 for the removal of asbestos contaminated ductwork (NOTE: AH2 serves floors 1-6), as part of the Cypress engineering design studio project by Acella Construction (Marcilio Silva 781-733-1248). Biss Teelucksingh 2-5972 and Nicole Bernabei 5-5157 are the MIT project managers on behalf of Billy Homeyer.
Effect:
Loss of air handler #2 for the duration of this shutdown.
