On a routine check, the 37 A/C Datac unit was spewing water onto the floor.
I had noticed that the condensate pump stopped working and was overflowing.
I had called P.P. and requested that Richard Sirois (Supervisor) meet me at
this location. Richard responded with 10 minutes, evaluated the situation, and
called in Jack, the electrician. A blown fuse was found and replaced. This got
the pump pumping again. A constant leak was noticed at the chill water valve
stem, that could of shorted out the pump wiring, which in turn blew the fuse.
The electrician has moved the power wires away from the water, and a work order
has been placed with Warren Scott. The work order # is 575498.
Current status: A.C. back up and running, and dry.
A few boxes, which contained paper, were soaked, and I have moved the new
chairs, and other items out of the way for now.
Situation all under control..
