The following Fire Alarm shutdown request for Bldg. 4, 6, 6C & 8 -All on Monday, July 8, 2013 & live audible testing on Tuesday, July 9, 2013 is for your information and response. Any questions please contact Billy Homeyer x8-0432.

We request bldgs 4, 6, 6C and 8 fire alarm shutdowns, as follows;
from 6 AM to 2 PM on Monday, July 8th for Bennett Electric (John Shaw 617-293-4806) to relocate fire alarm conduits in the 4-2nd floor south stairwell to make-way for new soffit framing (both initiation and notification circuits); and from 6 AM to 7 AM on Tuesday, July 9th, 2013 to conduct *live audible testing of the 4, 6, 6C, 8 networked fire alarm system* in order to test all devices affected by this relocation and all as part of the bldg 2 Chemistry renovation project by Bond Brothers (Jesse Conklin 617-938-4175). Mary Deluga 8-5081 and Joe Collins 3-3621 are the MIT project managers.
