Type: Normal
Date: July 9, 2013
Day: Tuesday
Time: 6:00am - 2:00pm
Building(s): 32
Room(s): Roof
System: Supply Fan 4 (#734298) Roof Top Unit
Duration: 8 hours
Reason:
We request a bldg 32-SF4 shutdown from 6 AM to 2 PM on Tuesday, July 9th, 2013 for relocating this rooftop fan as part of the 32 roof repair project by Consigli Construction (Carlin Grenier 508-458-0590). SF4 is the pressurization fan for the southwest stairwell and is off under normal operating conditions however LOTO is required. Keith Diggans 4-6174 is the MIT project manager.
Note, when the relocation is complete we will need to bump the fan for checking rotation. This action may cause a fire alarm trouble which would need to be acknowledged and reset.
Effect:
There will be no loss of services as this fan is off under normal operating conditions. However, when the relocation is complete we will need to bump the fan for checking rotation. This action may cause a fire alarm trouble which would need to be acknowledged and reset. There wil be nothing audible.
