Reason:
We request a bldg 38-all fire alarm shutdown from 6 AM to 9 AM on Monday, July 8, 2013 for MacNichol Electric (Tom Durant 978-930-6001) to remove four speaker/strobes and relocate two temporarily to the ceiling within the 5th floor construction area. We will conduct a very brief *live audible test of the bldg 38 fire alarm system prior to 9 AM* in order to check the operation of the two remaining speaker/strobes and as part of the 38-5th floor renovation project by Acella Construction (Marcillio Silva 781-733-1248). Nicole Pisani 5-5157 and Biss Teelucksingh 2-5972 are the MIT project managers.
Effect:
Loss of fire alarm for the duration of this shutdown.
