Reason:
Dear all, I'd like to supplement this bldg 6 fume hood exhaust fans shutdown by adding 6-AH4 (3rd/4th floor make-up air) as part of our attempt to keep the bldg 6 building pressure negative to adjoining buildings, and the outside. MIT Instruments will make the actual call as to whether or not the fan must go down at 6 PM tomorrow night following the shutdown of the fume hood exhaust fans and evaluating bldg conditions. Both the shutdown form and work order 5193111 have been modified to reflect this addition.
Effect:
Loss of exhaust fan and exhaust hoods for the duration of this shutdown.
