Original request: We request a brief 32-Gates AH3 shutdown (serves floors 4=
 thru 9 Gates) from 6 AM to 7 AM on Tuesday morning, June 11th, 2013 to tie=
-in temporary power for the 32 roof repair project out of 32G-949E 208V/120=
V power panel M2GP. M2GP serves AH3 auxiliaries; VFD housing heatpump and f=
an coil unit. AH3 will probably not need to be shutdown during this power p=
anel shutdown but I see it best to request the shutdown none the less. Cons=

*Extended/Modified Request - We would like to extend and modify the 32-Gate=
s AH3 (serves floor 4 thru 9 Gates) normal power shutdown from 5 AM to 7 AM=
 on Tuesday morning, June 25th, 2013 to install a permanent 50 amp breaker =
for a welding outlet that is being installed on the roof out of 32G-949 208=
V/120V power panel M2GP.   M2GP serves AH3 auxiliaries; VFD housing heatpum=
p and fan coil unit as part the 32-roof repair project by Consigli Construc=
tion (Carlin Grenier 508-509-2935.  Keith Diggans 4-6174 and John Engle 4-5=
001 are the MIT project managers on behalf of Billy Homeyer.



Effect:

Loss of normal building power, and supply ventilation and cooling air for t=
he duration of the shutdown.
