The following Fire Alarm (w/*live Audible testing 6/21, 25-27 between 6 and 7:30AM) Shutdown is for bldg. 7 - All fire alarm shutdown is on Thursday, June 19th through Thursday, June 26th as follows; from 6 AM to 2 PM on Thursday and Friday, June 20th and 21st. We will conduct *live audible 1st party testing between 6 AM to 7:30 AM on Fri. 6/21* and silent test until 2 PM;
Then from 6 PM on Saturday, June 22nd to 7:30 AM on Tuesday, June 25th to conduct the transponder's 60 hour battery test and conduct a *continuous 15 minute live audible 3rd party test of the bldg 7-fire alarm system between 6 AM and 6:30 AM on Tuesday morning 6/25* followed by additional live audible 1st party testing until 7:30 AM* and silent test until 9 AM;
and from 6 AM to 9 AM on Wednesday and Thursday, June 26th to conduct *live audible and silent 3rd party testing of the bldg 7 fire alarm system* . We will *live test between 6 AM and 7:30 AM on Wed., June 26, 2013 and Thursday, June 27, 2013 and this is for your information and approval.

We request bldg 7-all fire alarm shutdowns on Thursday, June 19th through Thursday, June 26th as follows; from 6 AM to 2 PM on Thursday and Friday, June 20th and 21st for Simplex (Rich Perron 781-603-7799)/MacNichol Electric (Mike Bryson 781-760-7416) tie tie-in, program and 1st party test new 7-304 fire alarm devices and a Simplex transponder. We will conduct *live audible 1st party testing between 6 AM to 7:30 AM on Fri. 6/21* and silent test until 2 PM;
from 6 PM on Saturday, June 22nd to 7:30 AM on Tuesday, June 25th to conduct the transponder's 60 hour battery test and conduct a *continuous 15 minute live audible 3rd party test of the bldg 7-fire alarm system between 6 AM and 6:30 AM on Tuesday morning 6/25* followed by additional live audible 1st party testing until 7:30 AM* and silent test until 9 AM;

and all as part of the 7-304 Architecture offices project by Renovations Inc. (Jim Abbisso 617-594-7650). Biss Teelucksingh 2-5972 is the MIT project manager.

MIT Fire will cut power to the new transponder Saturday evening 6/22 at 6 PM and bldg 7 will display loss of AC power trouble until Tuesday morning 6/25.
Effect:
Loss of fire alarms for the duration of this shutdown.
