UPDATED:
Dear all, here is the rescheduled W59 power shutdown for NSTAR/GASTON Elect=
ric tying-in power for W64 Child Care Center. I apologize for missing the 5=
/16 e-mail from Triumph which was apparently the official notification to m=
e. Those start times have since moved to 1 AM to the best of knowledge from=
 subsequent e-mails I've been cc'd on. I've attached the generator info for=
those who may be interested but disregard the agenda attached to that docu=
ment. Billy 8-0432

We require bldg W59-all normal bldg power shutdowns from 1 AM to 6 AM on Tu=
esday and Thursday, June 18th and 20th, 2013 for tying-in and disconnecting=
temporary generator power to/from W59. NSTAR will be shutting down the W59=
transformer located outside the east end of W59 for tying-in power for the=
W64 day care center. The contact for the W64 project is AJ Bergen 508-802-=
0725 with Triumph Modular. Rich Quade 4-3338 is the MIT project manager.

Fire alarm and security go to battery back-up.

The shutdowns are dependent on clear and calm weather.

We require bldg W59-all normal bldg power shutdowns from 5 AM to 7:30 AM on=
 Tuesday and Wednesday, June 11th and 12th, 2013 for tying-in and disconnec=
ting temporary generator power to/from W59. NSTAR will be shutting down the=
W59 transformer located outside the east end of W59 for tying-in power for=
the W64 day care center. The contact for the W64 project is AJ Bergen 508-=
802-0725 with Triumph Modular. Rich Quade 4-3338 is the MIT project manager=
.

Fire alarm and security go to battery back-up.
Generator cables crossing the pedestrian railroad crossing access path will=
be run in cable protector ramps. I am not sure if these cable ramps are ha=
ndicapped approved. Someone is looking into it.

Please note we are at the mercy of NSTAR. NSTAR will not work if there is a=
ny rain or wind as those conditions put them on on-call status for emergenc=
ies only. The rain/wind dates/times will be June 12th and 13th from 5 AM to=
 7:30 AM.
We are also dependent on the Cambridge wiring inspector giving us the ok to=
restore normal power so I need to add other tentative time/dates for remov=
ing the generator.

Once W59 goes onto the generator power on either 6/11 or 6/12 AM. The next =
outage to restore power could also be 5 PM to 7:30 PM on Wednesday or Thurs=
day evenings 6/12 or 6/13 or even possibly 5 AM to 7:30 AM on Friday 6/14 d=
epending on weather conditions and the decision of Cambridge Inspectional S=
ervices. Here again is the outage timetable.

Tues. 6/11 from 5 AM to 7:30 AM - 1st planned outage decision NSTAR Wed. 6/=
12 from 5 AM to 7:30 AM - 1st planned restore or raindate outage decision C=
ambridge/NSTAR
Wed.6/12 from 5 PM to 7:30 PM - possible restore from 1st planned outage de=
cision Cambridge/NSTAR Thurs 6/13 from 5 AM to 7:30 AM - rain date restore =
decision Cambridge/NSTAR Thurs 6/13 from 5 PM to 7:30 PM - possible restore=
from raindate outage decision Cambridge/NSTAR Fri 6/14 from 5 AM to 7:30 A=
