The following Normal Power Building Shutdown is for W16 and the Chilled Water System is for Bldg. W15 - on Wednesday, June 19, 2013 from 7:30am - 1:30 pm is for your information and approval. Any questions please contact Rich Lucas 617-324-6801.

Duration: 7:30am - 1:30pm
Reason:
Shutdown approval requested of normal power for building W16 and Chilled Water for building W15 in order to replace a defective electric utility meter in the basement of building W16. Shutdown form attached. Schedule has been pre-approved by Chris Nayler of CAC.
Schedule:
Start, 7:30 AM, Wednesday June 19.
End, 1:30 PM, Wednesday June 19.
Emergency Generator will be running so I request the Generator Mechanic to be present and monitor the generator during the shutdown as they feel is appropriate.
Effect:
Loss of normal power to building W16 and chilled water to building W15 for the duration of this shutdown.
