The following fire alarm shutdown notification and *live audible testing request for Bldg. 46 - All, on Wednesday, May 29, 2013, 4:00am - 12:00pm and Thursday, May 30, 2013, 5:00am - 8:00am, with the *live audible testing taking place on Thursday, May 30, 2013, 5:00am - 8:00am, is for your information and response. Reason:
We request bldg 46-all fire alarm shutdowns as follows; from 4 AM to 12 noon on Wednesday, May 29th for JMBCO (Tom Rose 617-799-7171) to relocate the addressable loop wiring conduits in 46-1150 to make-way for the RF shielded room; and from 5 AM to 8 AM on Thursday, May 30, 2013 to conduct *live audible testing of the bldg 46 fire alarm system* in order to test the remade riser wiring connections and as part of the bldg 46-1150 MRI Lab renovation project by Wise Construction (Chris Luongo 781-389-5749). Sudy Nally 8-8010 and Biss Teelucksingh 2-5972 are the MIT project managers.
Effect:
Loss of fire alarms for the duration of the shutdown and *live audible testing on Thursday.
