***Dear all, this bldg 13 power shutdown has been rescheduled to 12:01 AM to 6 AM on Friday morning, May 17th. Both the shutdown form and work order 5173810 have been modified to reflect this new date. The scheduled Friday morning 4/19 shutdown did not occur due to events that unfolded on Thursday evening April 18th related to the marathon terror attack. Billy H. 8-0432.***
We require a bldg 13-all 208V/120V normal bldg power shutdown from 12:01 AM to 6 AM on Friday morning, April 19th, 2013 for MacNichol Electric (Tom Durant 978-930-6001) to tie-in to five existing circuit breakers (one 125A, four 70A) in 5th floor panels that are fed off feeder risers 201, 202, 207, 208 and 210, to feed new power panels being installed for the 5011/5016 and 5095/5104 Profs Holten-Anderson and Allanore Labs renovation projects by Barr and Barr Builders (John Bidgood 508-686-0870).
During the same time frame we require a shutdown of the 480V Square D power panel NP1 (fed out of and located near substation 5) to tap the NP1 buss and install/tie-in an enclosed 400A circuit breaker on the plywood mounting board behind the panel NP1, which in turn will feed new equipment for the 13-5095/5104 Allanore Lab project. During this 480V power shutdown the following will be affected;
13-3079 400A lab disconnect (480V lab equipment)
13-5119 100A lab disconnect (480V lab equipment) 13-2071, 2099 100A lab disconnect (480V lab equipment)
13-1149 225A lab disconnect (480V lab equipment, vacuum pumps)
13-1026 100A to transformer (?V lab equipment, electron microscopes) 13-all 60A to bsmt lab air compressor
13-2101 100A lab disconnect (480V LASER equipment)
13-recovery water system (single loop cooling water to power plant)
13-5079 225A lab disconnect (480V lab equipment)
13-1143 400A lab panel D4N1 (45KVA xformer, 150 KVA xformer, AH6-712984)
Effect:
Loss of normal building power for the duration of this shutdown.
