Reason:
We request a bldg E23-AH11 shutdown (by the OPS Center) from 6 AM on Saturday morning, May 18th to 6 AM on Monday morning, May 20th, 2013 for the installation of medium pressure ductwork and VAV boxes off the main trunk of AH11 located behind the passenger elevator shaft in the Pediatrics Member Services area E23-191 and to allow time for the duct sealant to set and as part of the E23 Pharmacy storefront project by Elaine Construction (Bernie Cincotta 617-590-3944). Kim Sutherland 8-5962 and Biss Teelucksingh 2-5972 are the MIT project managers.
Effect:
Loss of supply ventilation and cooling for the duration of this shutdown.
