**We would like to modify and extend the bldg 7-all low pressure steam shut=
down to include bldg 3-all at 6 AM to 2 PM on Saturday, May 18th, 2013 to d=
emo existing steam pipe and install new valves in 7-206 suite and in 3-221 =
suite as part of the SAP renovation/former Rotch Library project by Renovat=
ions, Inc. (Jim Abbisso 617-594-7650). Please note that the main group hea=
ting steam always automatically shuts off when the outside air reaches 59 d=
egrees. The shutdown form and work order #5186603 have been modified to re=
flect this extension on behalf of Billy Homeyer
NOTE: Security access in the VP suites 7-206 & 3-221 will be monitored by S=
EMO during this time. **
We request a bldg 7-304/206 low pressure steam shutdown at 6 AM to 2 PM on =
Saturday, May 11th, 2013 to demo existing steam pipe and install new valves=
and prep to refeed units on 3rd floor as part of the SAP renovation/former=
Rotch Library project by Renovations, Inc. (Jim Abbisso 617-594-7650). Bi=
ss Teelucksingh 2-5972 is the MIT project manager on behalf of Billy Homeye=
r.
Effect:
Loss of low pressure steam to building for the duration of this shutdown.
