**EXTENDED: We would like to extend the bldg 6-all hot & cold lab process =
(lab sinks) shutdowns at 11 PM to 7 AM to include Wednesday, May 15th thro=
ugh Friday, May 17th (into Saturday morning) and Monday, May 20th, 2013 as=
more work has been anticipated to demo glass waste piping throughout the 2=
nd floor (NOTE: all bldg 6 lab sinks will be without water during this tim=
e) part of the bldg 6-lab waste transfer system installation project by AHC=
Mechanical (Guy Fossiano 781-844-7815). Both the shutdown request form an=
d work order #5186017 has been modified to reflect this change.
Lock-out/tag-out is required.***
We request bldg 6-all hot & cold lab process water (lab sinks) shutdowns at=
11 PM to 7 AM starting on Monday ,May 13th to Tuesday, May 14th (into Tues=
day morning) to demo glass lab waste pipe on 2nd floor (NOTE: all bldg 6 l=
ab sinks will be without water during this time) as part of the bldg 6-lab =
waste transfer system installation project by AHC Mechanical (Guy Fossiano =
781-844-7815). Brian Healy 8-8565 is the MIT project manager on behalf of =
Billy Homeyer.
Effect:
Loss of hot/cold lab process water for the duration of this shutdown.
