Reason:
We request a bldg 1 normal & emergency power shutdown (split buss power DP1B2B is located in 1-039E) from 5 AM to 7 AM on Wednesday, May 8th, 2013 for JMBCo (Bob Cataldo 617-592-1564) to tie-in a new life-safety power panel, all 120V/208V power in the basement between rooms 025 and 090 and 1st floor rooms 131 to 190 will be affected. Please NOTE: the shutdown includes power to the computer cluster in 133 and power to the tel/data closet 142T along with classrooms 050 and 190 as part of the bldg 1 life-safety fire alarm upgrade project by Tishman Construction (Dennis Ryan 617-594-0664). Brian Healy 8-8565 is the MIT project manager on behalf of Billy Homeyer.
Effect:
Loss of emergency power/building power for the duration of this shutdown.
