The following Approved Fire Alarm Shutdown (w/*brief live audible testing on 5/3 at 8AM-9AM) for bldg. 13-All is on Thursday, May 2, 2013 from 6:00am - 10:00am and then on Friday, May 3, 2013 from 6:00am - 10:00am is for your information. Any questions please contact Billy Homeyer x8-0432.

Reason:
We request bldg 13-all fire alarm shutdowns at 6 AM to 10 AM on Thursday, May 2nd, 2013 and Friday, May 3rd, 2013 for MacNichol Electric (Tom Durant 978-930-6001), Simplex (Bob Gauvin 781-603-7765) and JMBCo (Wayne Maginnis 617-212-2059) to tie-in, program and test the bldg 13-3064 toxic gas system that is being tied into the MIT fire alarm system. We will conduct a *brief live audible testing on Friday, May 3rd, 2013 between 8 AM - 9 AM of the bldg 13-fire alarm system* as part of the 13-3064 NFS Funded lab renovation project by Barr and Barr Builders (John Bidgood 508-686-0870). Biss Teelucksingh is the MIT project manager 2-5972.
Effect:
Loss of fire alarms for the duration of this shutdown.
