Keyboard problems

On machines M37-332-1 and M37-332-2 (color IBM Powerstation
320s), the 'Welcome to Athena Press Any Key to Start' picture
is moving around the screen.  However, neither of the machines
respond to keyboard input.  They do respond to mouse input.
