Didn't come up after the hit. Jweiss astutely noticed that the
afs_stats entry was not backgrounded in /etc/rc.local. This has
been corrected and oregano is back up.
I ran diags before bringing oregano up and got this error:
?TFL: 3/fpu (UEX, cause=10008800)
There are no entries in the logs regarding this complaint, but its probably
a good idea to have DEC come in.
