Reason:
We request a bldg 1-all fire alarm shutdown at 10 PM to 6 AM on Wednesday, May 1st, 2013 (into Thursday morning) for JMBCo (Wayne Maginnis 617-212-2059) to temporarily relocate (3) bldg 1 pull-stations at the north stairwell to make-way for a new sprinkler riser. We will conduct *live audible testing of the bldg 1 fire alarm system between 5 AM to 6 AM in order to test the relocated pull-stations* as part of the fire alarm system upgrade project by Tishman Construction (Dennis Ryan 617-594-0664). Brian Healy 8-8565 is the MIT project manager on behalf of Billy Homeyer.
Effect:
Loss of fire alarms for the duration of this shutdown.
