Reason:
We request bldg 7-all fire alarm shutdowns at 6 AM to 10 AM on Thursday, May 2nd and Friday, May 3rd, 2013 for MacNichol Electric (Tom Durant 978-930-6001) and Simplex (Bob Gauvin 781-603-7765) to tie-in, program and test temporary heat detectors installed in the 7-304 SAP construction area. We will conduct a *brief live audible test on Friday, May 3rd, 2013 between 6 AM - 7 AM of the bldg 7-fire alarm system* as part of the SAP renovation of former Rotch Library project by Renovations, Inc. (Jim Abbisso 617-594-7650). Biss Teelucksingh is the MIT project manager 2-5972.
Effect:
Loss of fire alarms for the duration of this shutdown.
