 User called hotline stating he was unable to telnet to the
 dialups. It timed out for me.

 user = ertar,   time = 9:21am

  9:14am : Atta Boy! telnet athena-x.dialup.mit.edu

telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Connection timed out
