Ops-tmp-20 was down once again. I power cycled, still dead.
I tried messing around with the power cord (different power
cord, different receptacle) and finally got it to boot.
It's up for now, although probably not for long. I think the
machine is just plain flakey. Let's see how long it lasts
this time, and call DEC if necessary.
