Sheila Frankel, 3-2339, is replacing Lois Bennett in Building 48.
She needs some basic education on what to do for electrical shutdowns
(i.e., powering down a machine?, halting?)
Someone from hotline should probably contact her and help her out.
According to hotline note, there will be an elec shutdown in that
building this weekend.
