Problem: machine won't boot, keeps going around in reboot circles.
Two problems:
1. This machine is not in the hosttables, nor has hesinfo.
2. This is a Jeff Carbeck Bldg. 66 machine thin-wire machine

Drop is not activated. Jack # 4-10 (according to jchase)
What's the deal? We turn on the thin-wire drop? Assign an IP address
and hesinfo, green sheet the machine?
Please note: The original note in hotline came in on 10/15/92.
